Brownie with cherry and cherry mousse

You will need:

140 gr. chocolate of excellent quality 50-70% cocoa
150 gr. brown cane sugar (can be replaced by white)
85 gr. butter
1/2 tsp salt
50 oz. flour
1/2 cup cherries
2 eggs at room temperature

Mousse:
150 ml of yoghurt,
150g cherry puree,
150 ml of 33% cream,
powdered sugar to taste
15 grams of gelatin.

How to cook:

For the dough:
1. In a water bath to melt the chocolate and butter. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. Add the sugar and beat until the mixture is smooth and shiny. Then drive one egg. Continuing to whisk, add the flour, salt and cherries. Gently stir with a wooden spoon and pour into the mold (pre-pave it with parchment paper).
2. Heat oven to 175 degrees. Bake for about 20 minutes. The main thing is not to overdo, to middle, remained wet. Check the readiness with a toothpick on it should not be the test. Ready brownie to cool in the form, then send a couple of hours in the refrigerator.

Mousse:
1.Zhelatin pour cold water.
2. Yogurt mixed with cherry sauce and powdered sugar.
3. Whip cream and gradually enter into the yoghurt mass.
4. Heat the gelatin and pour into the mousse.
5. Pour the cooled brownie mousse and clean in the refrigerator overnight.
