Chocolate cake

You will need:

For the test:

Flour -225 g

Eggs - 3 pieces

Cetana 250 g

Sugar - 250 g

Salt - ¾ tsp

Baking powder - 1 ¾ tsp

Soda - ½ tsp

Vanilla extract - 2 teas

Oil - 220 g

Cocoa - 50 g

Walnuts - 60 g (somewhere ¾ cup)


For cream:

250 g mascarpone

250 ml of creamy cream

100 g of powdered sugar

50 g of cocoa

How to cook:

1. For the test:

Mix all the dry ingredients - nuts, flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and soda.

In another bowl, we mix the liquid ingredients - sour cream, vanilla extract and cocoa. In the dry mixture, add the oil at room temperature and 2-3 tablespoons of liquid. We mix it to pasty state. Then add the remaining liquid in several steps and mix well. Bake the cake at 175 C for 35-45 minutes until dry match.

2. For cream:

Beat mascarpone at low speed with powdered sugar and cocoa, add the cream and beat until thick.

3. Lubricate the cakes with cream and, if desired, decorate with berries.
