Chocolate-orange mousse


Orange - 1 pc.
Cane sugar - 55 g
Vanilla pod - 1/2 pcs.
Bitter chocolate (70% cocoa) - 200 g
Orange juice (approximately from 2 oranges) - 80 ml
Water kt - 80 ml
Water kt (for syrup) - 50 ml


1. Prepare the orange syrup. One orange cut into slices, pour 50 ml of water, add sugar and ½ pod of vanilla. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and strain.
2. Slowly melt the chocolate in a water bath, remove from heat. Add orange juice for 1 tablespoon and mix thoroughly. Slowly mix 80 ml of water, pouring gradually. Stir in 55 ml of orange syrup.
3. Pour into 4 serving dishes and decorate with orange peel. Cool to room temperature, and then put into the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
