Curd cheese parfait with bilberry and oatmeal


Blueberry jam - 200 g
Cottage cheese - 400 g
Natural yogurt - 150 ml
Oatmeal flakes - 100 g
Dates - 6 pcs.
Honey - 3 tbsp. l.
Lemon - 1 pc.
Vanilla extract - 1 tsp.


1. Oat flakes are ground in a blender along with cut dates. With lemon peel and squeeze juice. Cottage cheese, yoghurt, honey, vanilla extract, juice and lemon zest, processed blender into a homogeneous creamy mass.
2. In jars or cups layers lay oatmeal, blueberry jam, curd cream. You can eat right away, you can make it in the evening and leave it for the night in the fridge, and in the morning to serve breakfast.
