Lviv cheese list


Cottage cheese - 500 g
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Sugar - 150 g
Vanilla sugar - 1 packet
Potato starch - 1 tbsp. L.
Lemon - 1 pc.
Raisins - 100 g

For chocolate glaze:

Butter - 2 tbsp. L.
Sour cream - 3 tbsp. L.
Sugar powder - 2 tbsp. L.
Cocoa - 2 tbsp. L.
Culinary powder - for decoration.


Form for baking 21x11 cm


1. Cottage cheese grind with eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar. You should get a smooth, curvy mass. Add the starch and mix again well.
2. Remove lemon peel from the lemon. Raisen steaming in boiling water for 5 minutes, then dry. In the curd mass, add the raisins and zest of lemon, mix.
3. Form for baking, if it is not silicone, cover with oiled paper. Spread evenly curd mass.
4. Place in a preheated oven for up to 190ºC for 45 minutes. Then turn off the fire and leave the Lviv cheese cake in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove the form with the cheese cake from the oven and finally cool it. When cooling, the cheese cake will settle a little.
5. Prepare the glaze. In a saucepan, melt the butter, add the powdered sugar and mix until completely dissolved. Add the sour cream, bring to a boil, pour in the cocoa, cook a little until thick (3-4 minutes), not allowing boiling glaze.
6. Fully cooled cheese cake cover with chocolate icing on all sides, if desired, decorate with culinary pouring. Remove the curd in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours or overnight. Delicious and delicate Lviv cheese list is ready.
