Pan de Calatrava

In essence, this is nothing more than a flan or pudding with the addition of baking. The full name of this dessert - "Pan de las señoras Calatrava", probably some women from Calatrava family first cooked it and someone treated, well, then everything is clear, fame spread throughout the country. Why "Pan" (bread)? Yes, because the form it resembles a loaf of bread. At that time, everything was just not something that now, read the title and think three days: "And what is it included in this dish, and why such a strange name?"

You will need:

1 liter of milk
7sht. eggs
150g sugar
yesterday's bread, cake or cookie "Savoyardy"
cinnamon (preferably stick)
lemon rind

For the caramel:

3 tablespoons water

How to cook:
