Pear with bacon and gorgonzola

Juicy firm pear, tangy gorgonzola, bacon crisp, salty, fragrant sweet honey - all these flavors and textures in a snack that you can cook for 5 minutes.

You will need:

One tasty hard juicy pear
Gorgonzola - optional
Bacon - two strips
Thick yogurt or sour cream or cottage cheese, or rikkoty - 2 tbsp
Honey - 1 tbsp
Spices - to taste and desire

How to cook:

1. Bacon put on a hot dry frying pan and fry to a crisp and blush. When you're ready to pass on to a paper towel to get rid of excess fat.

2. juicy, tasty, firm pear cut in half and then into thin slices.

3. On the pear slices apply a little yogurt / sour cream / ricotta / curd cheese, to the rest of the ingredients on pear resist.
