Tofu meatless goulash

Chefs Catering Dnepr company offer you to diversify your diet during fasting and advise you to cook meatless goulash - tofu.

3 tomatoes
2 paprika
250 g smoked tofu
2 bulbs of onions
2 cloves garlic
5 small potatoes
2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
1 tbsp. sharp spoon ground paprika
1 tbsp. spoon of sweet ground paprika
325 ml vegetable stock
parsley half
1 lemon
2 tbsp. spoon starch
salt and pepper to taste

Cooking method:

In tomato cut the stalk, make the opposite side of the fruit cuts crosswise.

For 30 seconds, immerse the tomatoes in boiling water, remove, rinse with cold water, remove the peel.

Cut the tomatoes into four dia, remove the seeds.

Paprika and cut into 4 pieces, remove the seeds, wash and cut into large cubes 2 cm.

Tofu cut into large cubes.

Peel the onions and garlic, finely chopped.

Peel potatoes, cut into cubes of 2 cm, put into cold water.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry it for 2 minutes the onion and garlic until transparent. Add paprika, put out 4-5 minutes over medium heat.

With potatoes drain, dry out, add to the pot.

Sprinkle vegetables ground paprika, pour in vegetable broth, cover and bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes.

At this time, wash the parsley, dry and finely chop. Lemon pour over boiling water, wipe dry, grate the zest on a fine grater, add the parsley and stir.

Add to stew tomatoes, put 3 minutes. Add tofu and cook for another 4 minutes.
