Warm salad

For the salad:

boiled chickpeas - 200 g;
pumpkin - 120 g;
parsnip root - 150 g;
red onion - 1/2 pcs .;
green spinach - 140 g;

salt - 1/2 tsp;.
ground coriander - 1/2 teaspoon;.
ground ginger - 1/4 tsp;.

For the filling:

balsamic vinegar - 45 ml;
vegetable oil or olive oil - 60 ml;
salt, dried garlic, chilli flakes - to taste.
